How to add more coffee to your subscription
  1. Login into your account here.
  2. Go to "Edit Products"
  3. Either select "Add product(s) to subscription" or select the product under the "Add to your next order"
  4. Select if you want to add it to your current subscription as a one-time purchase or subscription product.

How to swap an item
  1. Login into your account here.
  2. Go to "Edit Products"
  3. Next to your active item(s) select the three dots and pick "Swap Item"
  4. Select the product and variant

Updating Payment Method

Update card on Portal

You will need to follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account portal
  2. and select "manage subscriptions"
  3. Next to billing select "edit"
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen

Update card on ShopPay

You will need to follow these steps:

1. Login to your Shop Pay account

2. After you log in, in the Active orders section, click the subscription order that you want to view.

3. Edit your subscription order payment method: You can change the Shop Pay card that you use to pay for your subscription order by either choosing another card, or by adding a new card to Shop Pay.

4. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit.

5. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method

6. Do one of the following:

  • Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.
  • Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.

7. Click Update.

Our coffee is harvested in the most natural way possible, whenever possible, organic practices are used by our farmers. It's as clean as coffee gets!

How do we source our coffee?

Not many coffee companies can trace their crops to the farmer level...we can. Through our sourcing partners we personally know every farmer who grows the coffee you drink.

This type of sourcing is know as Direct Trade, which is the most ethical way to source coffee. It allows you to enjoy unparalleled quality and support local farmers.

Furthermore, we pay our farmers 300% more than fair-trade coffee requires.

Low acid coffee

Our coffee is ultra-low acid because of the high elevation growth process!

Additional coffee details
  • Our coffee is gluten free and is produced in a coffee only facility.
  • No flavors, additives, or preservatives are added to our coffee. It's 100% pure Arabica Coffee!
  • Our coffee is roasted every week ensuring it arrives to you at peak freshness!

Fulfillment time

Coffee orders are fulfilled between 2 and 3 business days from order.

Merchandise orders ship separate and take 5-7 business days.

Shipping time

Most orders are shipped through priority mail USPS. Which means they should arrive within 2 and 4 business days.

Packaging

Our coffee is shipped in vacuum sealed bags, which means our coffee always arrives at peak freshness! Keeping the coffee stored in these bags is also the best way to maintain freshness.

Order was marked delivered by USPS but I did not receive it

There are times that tracking status is marked as delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item after 3 business days please let us know.

Where does our name come from?

At seven weeks of development, a baby is the size of a coffee bean, and for the first time—a heartbeat is clearly detectable.

How do we save lives?

When you drink our coffee you will help save lives because we donate 10% of every sale to pro-life pregnancy care centers—this is upwards of 50% of our profits.

We believe life begins at conception and that every child should be fully protected beginning at conception.
